Visiting 6 Norfolk Lane...

We visited my parents' house - and my childhood home - on a number of occasions during our time in Cape Town. We enjoyed seeing the various upgrades that have occurred since our last visit in March 2017, and whenever we come to Cape Town 6 Norfolk Lane always feels like home. It was also fantastic to show Riaan, (who was fifteen months the last time we were there) Eliza, and Anya my childhood home and my childhood toys, too!

Welcome sign at Granny and Grandad's house.
Granny reads a story to Eliza.
Grandad plays music with Anya.
Riaan goes for a spin on the exercise bike.
Spiky caterpillar. They were quite common here...
As were the little lizards.
Hibiscus flower.
View of the back garden. We ate our lunch at the picnic table under the macadamia nut tree.
We enjoyed sausage rolls, pies (chicken and mushroom and pepper steak) and calamari strips.
The famous view from the upstairs window. :) Clearly visible is the Norfolk Pine.
