The third day of the summit was a day of connection and relaxation. We drove into the mountains above Beirut - to an altitude of over 1,064 metres above sea level - and spent the day at
The Pine Yards, an outdoor adventure place with a zipline course, giant swing, trampolines, and other games.
We spent time in worship and there was a strong sense of unity, especially when we sang
How Great Thou Art in so many different languages. Staff members then spent time bonding over games, ziplines, and deep conversations. It was a really special time.
The front of the hotel.
Squashed in the bus, heading to the retreat.
Precariously perched block of flats.
Looking back as we drive up into the mountains.
View looking towards the Port of Beirut. The site of the 2020 Beirut Port Explosion is out of the view - to the left of this shot.
Winery and vineyards high up in the mountains.
Walking into the adventure park.
Lots of games and activities.
Pretty flower.
View back to where the bus is parked.
Driving back down to Beirut.
Interesting building close to our hotel.
