I was out driving the other day when a large truck or semi-trailer passed me. It was carrying a huge piece of mechanical equipment - probably for the nearby power station. It was surrounded by two "Oversize Load" vehicles and about four or five police cars. I respectfully pulled over and watched the convoy head on its way.
Throughout West Africa, Europe, South Africa, the USA, and the South Atlantic Ocean. Our adventure continues as we seek God's will for our life after Mercy Ships.

- I am a 40-year-old South African whose journey with Mercy Ships began in 2007 when I joined the M/V "Africa Mercy" in Liberia. I met my wife Candace in Sierra Leone in 2011 and together we served with Mercy Ships until December 2012. We worked with Mercy Vision in South Africa during 2013, and are now settled with our three kiddos in the USA.
