Another year, another braai...
On a chilly early March afternoon, I threw some wood and charcoal on the fire and we had our first braai of 2025. Dusty was a little apprehensive about the braai - being the first time she'd seen a fire in our braai place - but she certainly had no complaints about the meat that I cooked. I braaied venison burgers, lamb chops, and pork sausage. It was delicious!
