Pokagon State Park...

Just before we entered Michigan, we detoured and visited Pokagon State Park. We didn't stay too long, but we enjoyed what we did see of this picturesque place. Our travels to state parks throughout Indiana have shown me how blessed this part of the USA is when it comes to natural resources.

The historic gatehouse at the main entrance.
Potawatomi Inn - inside the state park.
 Another view of the Inn.
 Cool wooden bridge.
 The toboggan track.
Walking down to the little beach.
 Lake James.
Another view of the lake that borders a large portion of the park.
