It was on a very windy Wednesday that this low-level cloud bank drifted over the area. It felt rather surreal as this cloud bank passed over us - causing the morning to turn to early evening. It was almost like a scene from the movie Independence Day, when the alien spaceship emerges from its cloud shield. :)
Throughout West Africa, Europe, South Africa, the USA, and the South Atlantic Ocean. Our adventure continues as we seek God's will for our life after Mercy Ships.

- I am a 40-year-old South African whose journey with Mercy Ships began in 2007 when I joined the M/V "Africa Mercy" in Liberia. I met my wife Candace in Sierra Leone in 2011 and together we served with Mercy Ships until December 2012. We worked with Mercy Vision in South Africa during 2013, and are now settled with our three kiddos in the USA.
