Monarch Butterfly...

We came home from the Gasthof Amish Village to discover that one of the two Monarch butterflies - that we were given as a caterpillar by Candace's mom - had emerged from its chrysalis in the butterfly cage on our back stoep. We were very excited to be able to set it free and on its way south! One week to the day later the remaining Monarch butterfly emerged from its chrysalis home. :)
