Guinea money...

The currency that is used in Guinea is called Guinean Francs. There are different denominations of notes, and shown is a stack of bills - each note here is 5,000 Guinea Francs. This stack of some 28 notes is only about USD 20 or ZAR 140. We'll have to make sure we have very large wallets if we're spending any amount of money in town!
Throughout West Africa, Europe, South Africa, the USA, and the South Atlantic Ocean. Our adventure continues as we seek God's will for our life after Mercy Ships.

- Murray Tristan Crawford
- I am a 40-year-old South African whose journey with Mercy Ships began in 2007 when I joined the M/V "Africa Mercy" in Liberia. I met my wife Candace in Sierra Leone in 2011 and together we served with Mercy Ships until December 2012. We worked with Mercy Vision in South Africa during 2013, and are now settled with our three kiddos in the USA.
