French Naval Vessel "Commandant Blaison"...

The French Navy's corvette F793 - Commandant Blaison - docked in Conakry yesterday morning. (20th November 2012.) This is one of the sister ships of the Lieutenant de vaisseau Le Hénaff, the naval vessel that docked behind us in Togo in 2010. These small warships are used for coastal anti-submarine detection and may also be deployed overseas in a support and patrol role.

Commandant Blaison docked in Conakry, Guinea.
Large French tricolore on the stern of the ship.
Looking towards the funnel and midships.
Small RIB hangs over the side.
