There are many oil platforms and rigs in the ocean off the coast of the Congo. And with the many oil rigs, Pointe-Noire is a busy port with work boats going to and from the shore and the rigs out at sea. It's amazing to see all the flames on the horizon as excess oil is burned up. There is a huge amount of wealth in this region!
